RTD has planned several ways for residents and visitors to access Invesco during tomorrow's event. Below is the information that will help you get to the stadium and back to your car.

Because of the many street and station closures, RTD passengers are urged to plan their trips ahead of time and allow extra time for their trip. Traffic is expected to move slower than normal in many parts of downtown, because of the security-related detours and reroutes.
Shuttle Service from Coors Field Parking Lots
Parking will be available for $5 per vehicle in Coors Field lots A, B, and C, located northeast of Park Ave. West and Wazee St. From 11a.m. -2 p.m. a free shuttle service will be available to transport people from Coors Field lots to 5th and Walnut where they can walk across the Broncos Bridge to Invesco Field at Mile High. The last shuttles will leave the Coors Field lots at 2:00 p.m. All shuttles will be accessible for people with disabilities. No stops will be made between Coors Field and 5th and Walnut. Light Rail Service
RTD regular fares apply to light rail. All light rail service is scheduled to be available on Thursday, August 28, 2008. The Pepsi Center Station will remain closed. Routes “C” from the southwest corridor and “E” from the southeast corridor stop at the Invesco Field Station. Individuals parking downtown can take light rail from Denver Union Station to the Invesco Field Station. Because RTD’s regular daily commuters’ cars will fill up most of our park-n-Rides, RTD is encouraging individuals to make arrangements to be dropped off at light rail stations or transfer from bus routes to take light rail to the Invesco Field at Mile High Station.
I took these photos from about 5 miles outside of the tornado from 1,000 feet off the ground. The tornado stayed on the ground for about 20 minutes, yet caused little damage to the homes and land that it touched.

Preparations are underway at Invesco Field for Thursday night. We flew over Sunday afternoon to get a look at the stage and all the changes that are being made for the event. I'll continue tp take photos through the week!
